How to Enter

To participate in the EVI MONO AWARDS competitions, you must create an account and pay an annual subscription fee.


• Register by creating a login and password.

• The annual subscription fee is €60.
• You can choose automatic renewal or renew manually each year.
• Your subscription grants access to four competitions per year – one every three months.
With a subscription, you may submit one visual artwork per category in each competition. 
Accepted media include photography, graphic design, conceptual AI art, or other forms of monochromatic visual expression, digital art.
Create your online profile, activate your subscription, and stay tuned for announcements about upcoming competition categories. 
Your entry is officially submitted once the subscription fee has been paid. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.


Preparing Files for Upload


Submitted artworks must meet the following specifications:


 • Resize your artwork so that the longest side is 1200 pixels

 • Save as JPEG (JPG) files

 • Use sRGB or Adobe RGB (1998) colour space, 8-bit

 • Save at JPEG quality setting 10 (100%) or higher

 • No watermarks, copyright marks, or logos on the image

 • No borders – only full-bleed artwork

 • Do not use special characters (e.g., @, $, #) in file names

 • Maximum file size: 3MB

 • Images must be monochromatic (black and white or single-colour tone).

 • AI-generated works must be marked as such at submission.

 • Submissions are accepted in the following categories: Photography | AI Conceptual Art | Digital Art
 • Each subscription allows 1 submission per quarter.


Deadlines


 • Submissions open on the 1st day of each quarter. 
 • Final deadline: Last day of the quarter at 11:59 PM (GMT).
 • Late entries will not be considered.


Fees


 • Entry is included in your subscription plan.
 • No additional fee is required for the submission per category.


Judging

 • All works are judged anonymously by an international panel of artists, curators, and industry experts.
 • Entries are evaluated based on:
 • Artistic merit
 • Originality
 • Technical quality
 • Conceptual depth (for AI and graphic submissions)
 • Judges’ decisions are final and not subject to appeal.


Copyright & Usage Rights


 • Entrants retain full copyright of their submitted work.
 • By submitting, you grant Evi Mono Awards a non-exclusive right to display the work for promotion (online gallery, social media, exhibitions).
 • Proper credit will always be given to the artist.


Disqualification


We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that:
 • Violates the rules
 • Contains offensive or plagiarised content
 • Is submitted without a valid subscription
