FAQ – Evi Mono Awards


1. What are the Evi Mono Awards?

Evi Mono Awards is an international competition for creators of black & white and monochromatic visual works, including photography, digital art, and AI-generated images, posters.


2. Who can participate?

Everyone is welcome, regardless of age ( over 18 ) or location. The contest is open to both professionals and amateurs.


3. What kind of work can I submit?

Visual works in shades of black and white or a single-colour hue – photography, digital illustrations, poster projects or AI-generated images are all accepted.


4. How do I submit my work?

Create an account, choose a subscription plan, and upload your work through the submission form on the website.


5. How many works can I submit?

Subscribers can submit one work per quarterly edition of the contest. 


6. Are submissions anonymous?

Yes, all works are judged anonymously without any identifying information.


7. What are the prizes?

Prizes include online gallery features, certificates, social media promotion, and selected physical or financial awards (as announced each edition).


8. How often does the contest take place?

The contest runs four times a year, once per quarter.


9. Do you donate to charity?

Yes, a portion of contest revenue supports selected charities or social projects.


10. Who owns the copyright to submitted works?

Authors retain full copyright. Evi Mono Awards may showcase selected works to promote the contest and the winners, always with proper credit.


11. Are entries judged by humans or AI?

All entries are judged by a human jury. AI may be used to support technical checks, but not for artistic evaluation.


12. Can I get a refund for my subscription?

No, all subscription and entry fees are non-refundable, as access and submission rights are granted immediately.
